Post an event

If you'd like to post about an upcoming professional development event or course you are hosting, please read this page and email your event listing to: info@hkoutdoorlearning.org

Note:

• The event listing should either be in the body of the email or in a Word/Google doc.

• Please use "Event Listing" in the email subject

• Add your Membership number and organisation name to the email and document

• Attach a jpg or png of your logo or instructor photo to be used in the event post

 

The event listing should clearly state:

• Organisation name

• A short "About Us" of the instructor or organisation

• A 20-word summary of the event (for front page)

• Full description of the event

• Category (e.g.first aid, technical skills, facilitation, other)

• Exact dates of the event

• Where it is held

• Contact details (phone, email and website address)

• Cost of the event / course plus cost if offering a discount to HKOLA members
